Laura Peckham, Broker

Laura has always had an eye for places that embrace outdoor recreation, community and a laid back pace of life.  She found all this and more in Central Oregon.  She moved here in 2002 after earning her graduate degree in Education from Chapman University in Southern California. Her undergraduate studies were completed at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff Arizona.  There Laura graduated Cum Laude with a degree in English and was a member of The English Honor Society.  Laura currently lives in Bend with her husband Marc; and they believe skiing, hiking and playing outdoors are not to be occasional excursions but part of a well rounded lifestyle.

Laura comes to the Dearden Team with a successful background in new home sales where her annual sales averaged over 8 million dollars.  She is also a CRS (Certified Residential, Specialist) designee and a faithful practitioner of continuing education.  Feel free to contact Laura with any Real Estate questions you may have.

Greg Overton, Broker

Greg has been a Real Estate investor since 1994 and an investor in Central Oregon since 1999.

Greg is familiar with home improvements; he was in the construction industry for 20 years and as a general contractor for 10 years before his career change to Real Estate.  This type of experience has great value in recognizing construction quality, value of room additions, alterations, pricing and general knowledge regarding materials used.

As a Buyer's Specialist, Greg can evaluate thoroughly a better built home, good neighborhoods regarding homes built, strong values in the market and many other factors to help a buyer get a home they will be happy with.
